I love when she says Russell Crowe told her not to cry, I love when she turns around, so beautifully overwhelmed, & shows us her elegant neck, her speech was so lovely, sweet & sincere & her win so very well deserved. Perfect. And even more perfect, Nicole draped in that sheer rich black Gaultier gown. Winning awards & looking like a fierce fashion warrior while doing so, that’s my girl! I can’t not reblog. It’s definitely one of the most well deserved victories if not THE most. She played Virginia Woolf magically. Her performance was simply outstanding and did an amazing job on the whole. Also everything about the oscar acceptance moment & her speech was insanely human…and captivating. Well done,Nicole.
